Found a great cardigan!
Just got a lovely cashmere sweater from Yoox. It came in about a week which was pretty standard. The quality is really nice and the price was good for a designer piece. I'd definitely check them out again for deals.
Good prices, delivery could be faster
I ordered a pair of designer sneakers from Yoox last month. The price was really good, much better than physical stores. Shipping took about 10 days to reach Bangalore, which was a bit slow for me. Overall satisfied, but wish delivery was quicker.
Decent selection but some issues
I bought a midi dress and a pair of leather boots during their seasonal markdown. The ordering process was smooth, and the website was easy to navigate. Quality of the items was as expected for discounted designer stuff. Delivery took almost 2 weeks to get to Pune, which was longer than I hoped. Customer service interaction about the delivery delay was polite but didn't speed things up. They do have a great range of brands.
